How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not by us:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Caliber
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Caliber purchase, and request a refund. Apple decides; we don't have visibility.

My subscription isn't unlocking the app — what do I do?

In Caliber: Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This pulls your purchase from Apple's records and restores Pro access. If that doesn't work, email [email protected] with your Apple ID email and we'll investigate.

How do I delete my account and data?

In Caliber: Settings → Delete Account. You'll see a confirmation. Deletion is permanent and effective immediately — your account and all your content are removed and this action cannot be undone.

How do I access a copy of my data?

Email [email protected] to request a copy of your data, and we'll respond within the stated window with your account information, practice content, and conversation history.

The AI isn't responding / says it's unavailable. What's wrong?

How does my data get used?

Short version: only to make Caliber work for you. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, we don't use it to train AI models.

Is Caliber a dating app?

No. Caliber is a coaching app — it helps you practice the conversations that matter, with AI feedback. We don't match users with each other. We don't show profiles. We don't replace a dating app. We complement one.

Is Caliber a substitute for therapy?

No. Caliber is coaching software, not therapy, medical advice, or psychiatric care. If you're going through a difficult time, please reach out to a licensed professional.

How do I report a problem with the AI's response?

In any AI conversation, long-press the response and tap Report. Tell us what went wrong. We review every report within 72 hours.

Why does Caliber ask for my birthdate?

Caliber is rated 17+ and intended for adults. The birthdate confirms eligibility. We don't share or store your birthdate for any other purpose.
