What does Caliber cost?
Your first analysis is free, no account required. After that, choose a plan: weekly at $7.99 with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers, annual at $59.99, or analysis packs with no subscription (10 for $9.99, 25 for $19.99, 50 for $34.99). Apple bills every purchase. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your Apple ID settings. The details are in our Terms.
How do I delete my account and data?
In Caliber: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. After you confirm, your account and its data are removed from our servers and the coaching saved on your iPhone is cleared, immediately. This can't be undone.
How do I access a copy of my data?
Email [email protected] to request a copy of the data we hold about your account. Conversations and coaching you save live on your iPhone, not on our servers.
The AI isn't responding / says it's unavailable. What's wrong?
A few common causes:
- AI consent revoked. Check Settings → Privacy & Data → AI consent. If it's off, coaching is paused on purpose. Turn it on to continue.
- No internet connection. Caliber needs a connection for AI coaching.
- The AI provider is having an outage. Rare but happens. Try again in 5 to 10 minutes.

How does my data get used?
Short version: only to make Caliber work for you. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers. There are no ads in Caliber.

Does Caliber introduce me to people?
No. Caliber is a conversation coach. It doesn't introduce you to anyone or show you other people. It coaches the conversations you're already having.
Is Caliber a substitute for therapy?
No. Caliber is coaching software, not therapy, medical advice, or psychiatric care. If you're going through a difficult time, please reach out to a licensed professional.

How do I report a problem with the AI's response?
Press and hold any suggested reply or saved analysis and tap Report. Tell us what went wrong. We review reports within 24 hours.
Why does Caliber ask for my birthdate?
Caliber is for people 17 and over, as our Terms require. The birthdate confirms eligibility. We don't share or store your birthdate for any other purpose.
